Junyu did excellent defense! He will stay in the group as a PhD student and continue his project on the mechanism study of Streptococcus pneumoniae colonization.

The group was supported by National Key program to explore bacterial antibiotic resistance mechanisms!

Ruiqi Li, an undergraduate student work in the group under the supervision of Dr. Yu Zhang obtained the medical student program from SMART! Big congratulations! He will work on phage resistant mechanisms in Pseudomonas aeruginosa! Exciting!
