Congrats to Dr YuZhang He for the latest publication on Frontiers Pharmacology “A Cyclic Adenosine Monophosphate Response Element-binding Protein Inhibitor Enhances the Antibacterial Activity of Polymyxin B by Inhibiting the ATP hydrolyzation activity of CrrB”. In this work, Dr He assisted the collaborator to prove that the P151L mutation of CrrB mediates the resistance of bacteria to the enhancement of 666-15 by precise genome editing of Klebsiella pneumoniae.
